Refund policy

At BuyLegalMeds.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team at hello@buylegalmeds.com within 60 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued if the product is kept.

Returned items must be new, unused, and unopened. Items showing signs of use may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Due to repeated abuse of subscription discounts, subscriptions are not eligible for returns or refunds unless a minimum of three completed subscription orders have been fulfilled. Any subscription with fewer than three orders is considered a final sale.

The following items are not eligible for return: opened or used consumable CBD products, subscription orders under three completed cycles, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials or flammable goods, and gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@buylegalmeds.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate an exchange, contact hello@buylegalmeds.com within 30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Returned items for exchange must be new and unused. Items that have been opened, used, perishable, or ordered under a subscription are not eligible for exchange. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not cover the shipping cost for the replacement item sent back to the customer.
