Shipping policy

At BuyLegalMeds.com, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. We will ship out the same day if orders come in before 2:30 PM PST. We ship to all 50 states in the USA.

You can also choose in-store pickup or same-day local delivery at checkout.

For in-store pickup, bring your confirmation email to our new location. Ring the doorbell upon arrival, and a team member will assist you. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.

For local Las Vegas delivery, orders placed before 9 AM qualify for same-day delivery within a 35-mile radius of Las Vegas with a $20 delivery fee. Orders over $75 receive free delivery.

Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery times, typically 2 to 4 business days. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS to file a claim.

If you are unable to resolve the issue after two weeks, email hello@buylegalmeds.com with your case number and we’ll assist you in finding a resolution.
