I have an issuewith orders being processed and sent that I have not placed and or authorized. I have reached out multiple times to the customer service department and yet do not receive any reply to my request for help. I do not have an issue with the product, but I do not want orders being sent that have not been authorized.. Please contact me as soon as possible. I guess that’s all I’ll.

1/4 of the product was missing secondary to the top not being screwed on all the way. It leaked all over my other products. Otherwise I love the lotion

ACTIV8 CBD Freeze Pain Relieving Gel: 250mg & 650mg CBD

I snapped off a chunk of my upper humerus in February and had a titanium plate and nine screws inserted to stabilize it. It’s now May, and the only genuine pain relief I’ve had is from CBD Freeze. Application 3x daily makes physical therapy tolerable.

We ordered this 2 years ago to try it and did not reorder so you guys sent me more stuff that I did not order. It does not help me so I never reordered it.

I had to go through my bank and I am still going through the process to get this canceled at this point. I have eight bottles and I subscribed in February. I even pushed the subscription back 10 years and I am still receiving shipments and charges. Do not do it!

The product I like, but trying to get this company to cancel a subscription after 4 months of emails and they still keep charging my account. Its making me write a bad review.
