My husband and I have really enjoyed having our gummys every night, I think my husband is addicted 😅, I had a very bad fall last week (head concussion) was very scared to take the gummys and had a very hard time sleeping, it's been a week today that this happened but I took a chance on taking 1 gummy last night and I can say I had the best night sleep. Looking forward to having a good night sleep again.

I've been using these syrups for years to help me go to sleep at night, and they're very effective. One teaspoon and I'll drift off within the hour. A couple of the flavors are not great, but they're better than normal cough syrup.
